Refund and Return Policy for Edge and Era

At Edge and Era, we strive to provide high-quality, unique products tailored to the tastes of our valued customers. Since our products are made on-demand through our trusted partner, Printify, we adhere to the following policies regarding refunds and returns:

1. Returns and Exchanges
- All our products are custom-made once you place an order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported if you select the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
- We encourage you to carefully review the product details, sizing charts, and colors before making your purchase.

2. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if the issue is reported to us within 30 days of product delivery.
- To file a claim, please email info@edgeandera.com with:
  - A clear photo of the damaged or defective product.
  - For issues involving multiple products with the same design, please include a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method or as store credit.

3. Minor Print Placement Variations
- For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches is allowed. Slight variations in print placement are considered standard and will not be treated as defects.

4. Unsuccessful Deliveries
- If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or other delivery issues, you may request:
  - A reprint with an additional shipping charge, or
  - A partial refund for the order.

5. How to Contact Us
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team via info@edgeandera.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product highlighting the issue.

6. Refund Processing
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit. If your payment currency differs from USD, refunds will be returned to the original payment source in the currency of purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect size or color selection.
- Customer errors when placing the order.
